Obviously, I would like to know if there is any legal way
to get my money back, as I am definitely NOT a wealthy businessman.
I was scammed out of $3000, yet after reading some of the other
stories from victims, I don't feel so bad because some of them
were taken in for much larger amounts.
The names of the Togo scammers are as follows:

In the last few weeks, Kenneth Chile has repeatedly called me,
and the number on my caller ID comes up as 646-536-5516. I do not
know if that is a NYC phone number, or a Holland phone number where
the "31" did not fit on my display.
Here are the control numbers. All money orders were made out to
Dr. Emmanuel Cyril, Lomé, TOGO, except one for $50 which
was made to Kenneth Chiles, same location

I and Kenneth will contact the bank to pay my company and then
have the money transferred to you.
If I have not gone to Holland and paid them them some money they
would have allowed the drug law enforcement agency to tamper with
the consignment. Kenneth has paid the usd1,500.00. He has been
very sick although I have not seen him since I came back.
Another thing you should understand is that the offer you made
to me is tempting and any reasonable man would accept it but, let
me tell you, if the money I borrowed from my company is not paid
before this Friday I will lose my job. And, if they find out that
I used it for your sake not only am I finished but you may lose
all you have spent so far.
Let me tell you, even if it requires borrowing from the devil
to see that this consignment gets back to us here, I promise that
the bank will act on your behalf, after you have given them a letter
of authority.
But they can not do anything if the consignment is not here and
it seems that Holland is not very keen on releasing the consignment
until their money is paid.

it will be considered betrayal of trust to my company. I have worked
for them for several years and they have never found me wanting.

# 61 08/25/02Try to keep the figures straight The
problem is not only to pay the $500, but to also make sure the
consignment is released. The amount you are supposed to pay to
Holland is $2,700, of which $2000, was paid. The balance of $700
must be paid before they will release it to us. That is the reason
I asked my brother to lend me that amount so that we can send it
to Holland. He promised to give me the money on the 4th of Sept.
But this $500, if it is not paid back by Thursday or Friday, will
get me sacked from my job and that may result in your losing everything
and the company may just confiscate the whole consignment.
Let me tell you if I wasn't sure that Kenneth had a consignment
with us I wouldn't be involved at all. Kenneth is very down and
was saying that you have abandoned him and that he didn't take
even $1 from the money he got for the car. Now he is starving and
nobody cares for him,
I encouraged him to bear with you and that by the grace of GOD,
before the second week of Sept. every thing will be finalized.
I have no cash of my own because we only receive salaries here
at the end of the month. Please, it is as important as life to

this problem is as just as much mine now. I called my brother yesterday
and he still maintained his word to give me the money.
Please do not contact Holland again as that aspect is no more
your concern but the company's, unless you want to mess up the
whole thing. When I went to Holland I made them understand that
you have paid the company $2,700.for them, but that company wants
the consignment back for a reason best known to the company, so
that they will not allow the DRUG LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY TO OPEN
THE BOX.
If you go back and contact them, they will see me as telling them
lies. Please do not do any thing to jeopardize this opportunity.
I promise you as soon as Holland is paid the balance of the money
they will release the consignment the same day. I am sure on that

because they complained bitterly about the demurrage which our

At this point I saw this website, and told this Dr. Emmanuel the
game was over, and he would not be receiving any more money
from me. I also said it might be in his bests interests to repay
me, or I would ask the U.S., Togo, and Dutch governments as well
as INTERPOL to take action against him, Kenneth, his company and
their confederates in Amsterdam.
I also told Dr. Emmanuel that an organization here in the U.S.
was offering me money for my testimony against him and his company,
and the organization would accuse him of not only defrauding U.S.
citizens of thousands of dollars apiece, but of using the money
to fund terrorist organizations.
I claimed I was trying to save him and his company, and the only
way for him and his company to escape this action was to wire me
$5000 to repay the money I had invested trying to obtain the consignment
for Kenneth, who I now believe is one and the same as Emmanuel
Cyril. I told him if he sent me the $5000, then I have not lost
any money and therefore the organization would have no case against
him.
Apparently he did not believe me, he said in an e-mail on Aug
29 that he had lost his job and his company would be suing me for
the rest of the fees owed on the consignment.

you want to back out because of a small amount. I assure you it
is not a fraud. It is something I have seen with my eyes. Yes,
there could be Nigerian scam frauds out there but it is not true
of this.

this is a threat. There is no way my company can grant me any extension.
I did not borrow any money from them. I simply used the money paid
to me to pay to the company, for your sake.

Try and let us shame the devil. If you pay back my company's money
and my brother gives me the money to pay the Holland people, then,
by next week, if you did not get the consignment you can take any

achieving something and you want to allow the devil to snatch it
away .
But, if after my honest explanation, you abandon me at this point
in time, I promise as I am losing my job you will lose all you
have spent, Kenneth will be handed over to the authorities, and
Interpol will question you for taking part in getting money that
does not belong to you.
