CONDITIONS OF SALE
Buyer or buyer's representative must visit Ghana to
inspect the gold and to initially have it analyzed by
competent authorities, e.g., SGS Laboratory Services
Ghana Ltd. SGS is an international product testing
organization with a branch in Ghana.but if the buyer cannot visit ghana
to buy the gold he/she might travel down to dubai, united arab emirates
where we have representative, then we will arrange for the sample to
our buyer to check it..
After analysis buyer is to pay 30% of the total
value of the offer in cash to seller , part to be used
in preparing the exportation documents and payment of
government taxes before shipment, and part as initial
disbursement to the various cooperative mining groups
that have contributed their stock to the offer.
Management will then delegate a representative to
accompany buyer with the gold to buyer's point of
discharge of the gold to complete the transaction and
to recover the rest of the 70% of the total value of
the offer due the company.
If buyer is not able to purchase the whole of the
offer buyer can state quantity that buyer can
purchase.
